Women for Women: Treating Burn Victims in Bangladesh
A team of seven plastic surgeons, nurses, and anesthesiologists from Women For Women travel on MAF’s float plane to and from the Emirates Friendship Hospital, a ship docked on a char – river islands formed from sedimentation – in northern Bangladesh to perform plastic surgeries for a week on 53 women and children burn victims.
